The core mission of ETHS Athletics is to develop our student-athletes into hard-working, self-reliant, confident, and selfless leaders and citizens. We hope you'll join the tradition of ETHS Athletics by making that same effort to train and learn from some of the best coaches in high school athletics. With twelve gyms including historic Beardsley Gym, two swimming pools, a designated gymnastics training center, three weight rooms, a fieldhouse, outdoor track, four baseball and softball diamonds, eleven outdoor tennis courts and eight athletic fields including legendary Memorial Stadium, Evanston's athletic facilities have few rivals.īut more than the championships and the facilities, the driving force behind Evanston Athletics is the commitment of our coaches and the effort of our athletes. Home to 36 IHSA State Championships and countless Top 10 finishes, the ETHS Athletic program is regarded as one of the best in the state of Illinois.
